Cancellation/Refund Policy
No Refund or Cancellation Policy:
All sales of Recharge services are final. Once a purchase is made, no refunds or cancellations will be accepted. You are responsible for ensuring the mobile number or DTH card number provided during the purchase is correct. QuickDTHRecharge.com is not liable for any charges incurred due to an incorrect number or card.
Refund Process in Case of Non-Delivery:
If you complete a transaction and the Recharge is not delivered within 24 hours, and money has been charged to your credit card or bank account, you may be eligible for a full refund. To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days from the transaction by emailing [email protected] or using the Contact Us page. You can also chat with an agent for assistance.
Please include the following details in your email:
- Mobile Number or DTH Card Number
- Your Name
- Recharge Value
- Transaction Date
- Order Number
We will investigate the issue, and if it's confirmed that the Recharge was not delivered despite payment being processed, a full refund will be issued within 6 working days.
Note: Refund requests made after 7 days will not be processed.
